Blessings

I'm so very blessed.

I'm back at work now so I expect I'll have more time for blogging. I love this three day a week schedule. Both kids are at the same daycare - I forgot how enjoyable it is to take a break in the middle of the day to go over there and nurse. The babies in the infant room are adorable and watching them play makes my blood pressure drop.

Finnegan is amazing. Seriously. He's a giant baby - 16lbs at 10 weeks old. He's super mellow, quick to smile and loves to snuggle. I adore him more than I thought I could. It was hard to imagine loving someone else as much as I love Audrey but what they say is true. There's more than enough love to go around.

Audrey is firmly entrenched in being 2. She adores her brother - one of the best moments of my life was before bedtime the other night when she gave Finn a smooch and told him that she loved him. She doesn't even give me an unsolicited "I love you." My heart melted all over the place. She's definitely testing limits and pushing buttons - that's her job as a two year old. She's so smart and sweet and sassy.

Life is indeed very, very good.
